Request received
We'll call you back to set up your free walkthrough. If water is moving, don't wait on us — (602) 884-5325, any hour.
Not an emergency? Send the details and we'll get back to you. Include the property address and what you're seeing, and we'll tell you whether it needs a same-day visit or a scheduled walkthrough.
What Happens When You Call
You describe what's happening. Where the water is, how long it's been there, whether it's still running. If you don't know, that's fine — we'll ask the questions.
We dispatch while we talk. The nearest crew is assigned before the call ends, equipment already loaded.
We tell you what to do until we get there. Which valve to close, which breakers to flip, what not to touch. Usually two or three things, and they matter.
We arrive within the hour. Marked trucks, uniformed crew. If anything is going to make us late, you get a call with a real time.
You get a free written estimate. After the walkthrough and moisture assessment — and it's the same estimate your insurance company receives.

Common Questions
Will a real person answer at 3 a.m.?
Yes. Emergency calls are answered around the clock by someone who can dispatch a crew, not an answering service taking a message.
How quickly do you respond to the online form?
During business hours, usually within the hour. Overnight form submissions are answered first thing. If it's urgent, call — the form isn't the fast path.
Do I need to know what caused the damage before calling?
No. Finding the source is part of the job. Describe what you're seeing and we'll take it from there.
Can I schedule a non-emergency inspection?
Yes — mold concerns, a stain you want checked, a slow leak that's already been repaired. Call or use the form and we'll schedule a walkthrough.
What information helps most on the first call?
The property address, what's wet, roughly how long, and whether the source is stopped. Anything beyond that we'll figure out on-site.
Do you charge for the visit if I decide not to hire you?
No. The walkthrough and written estimate are free, with no obligation.
